What is the status of my order?

The USPS is running two-three weeks behind in delivering packages, including Priority Mail. Your tracking number is included in your order status.

We use email to update you on your order status, so please check your email.

Your original order on our website will have the most recent completion status and also all correspondence we have sent you. Log back into your account to check your order. If you have forgotten your password, check HERE for instructions. 

Once USPS or UPS has your package, we don't have progress information. Please use your tracking number on their website to see progress. If you see a problem, please contact them directly using instructions on their websites.
