I forgot my password!

You aren't alone! Resetting your password is fast and easy.

  1. Return to the home page of our website.
  2. Hover your mouse over the My Account tab in the upper right of the page.
  3. Click on Forgot Password?
  4. You are at your My Account page. Type in your email, check the I'm Not A Robot box. Screenshot is below to help. 
  5. An email has been sent to the email account you just typed in. Open your email.
  6. Look for a message Replacement login information for [YOU] at Pages Bookshop. Open the email and click on the reset link included. 
  7. You are now back to pagesbkshop.com and are asked to type in a new password. To change the user password, enter the new password in both fields.
  8. Click SAVE at the bottom.
